Privacy Policy
We're a family dance studio in Agoura Hills. Most of what we know about you, you told us so we could get your dancer into the right class. This page explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it, in plain English.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email, and phone number; your dancer's first name, age or grade, and dance experience; and anything you type into a form on this site (class pass requests, contact forms, waitlists, newsletter sign-ups, event RSVPs).
- What our website collects automatically: the usual technical stuff (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and how you got here, including ad click identifiers) through cookies and similar tools.
Enrollment, tuition, and payment details are handled in our Parent Portal (Jackrabbit), which has its own privacy policy. We never see or store full card numbers on this website.
How we use it
- To answer you, schedule a free class or trial, and place your dancer in a class that fits.
- To send you class reminders, studio news, and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails any time using the link at the bottom of each one.
- To understand how the website is used and to measure whether our ads are working.
We don't sell your personal information.
Who else sees it
Only the services that help us run the studio:
- Studio tools: Jackrabbit (enrollment and billing), Keap (our CRM and email), Mailchimp (newsletter), Squarespace (this website), and Google Workspace (email and spreadsheets).
- Advertising and analytics: Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). To measure whether an ad led to a sign-up, we may share the email address or phone number you submit with Google or Meta in a hashed (scrambled) form that they match against their own accounts. They do not receive the readable value.
These companies may only use your information to provide their service to us, except that Google and Meta also operate under their own privacy policies for the matching described above.
Cookies and ad settings

Kids
This website is for parents and guardians. We collect a child's first name and age only when a parent or guardian provides it, and only to place that dancer in a class. We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 online. If you believe a child has given us information without a parent's consent, email us and we'll remove it.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing at any time. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we don't sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the ad measurement described above, and we won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Keeping it safe
We use reputable providers with industry-standard security, limit access to staff who need it, and keep information only as long as we need it to serve your family and meet our legal obligations.
