RAD Dance Company offers dancers (ages 6.5-17 yrs) an exclusive opportunity to work closely with 15+ nationally-acclaimed and highly-specialized dance instructors along with an assortment of industry level guest choreographers. This unique interaction nurtures team bonding, artistic development, and outstanding performances. Our dancers also participate in a wide array of educational experiences, from engaging dance video and photo shoots to insightful master classes, national competitions, and enriching workshops.

Under the artistic direction of Nadine Hassen, RAD is committed to lead with compassion while providing world-class comprehensive training across all dance genres. This approach ensures our dancers not only hone their dance skills, but also grasp the spirit of our loving and vibrant community.

RAD Dance Company is well known for its stellar organization, age appropriate choreography and costuming and for developing dancers who may wish for a professional dance career, to dance in college, or to experience the ultimate Los Angeles Dance TEAM experience - there is much focus, dedication, education and expertise poured into its members.
RAD Dance Company (RDC) is a springboard for talent, having received countless accolades, such as National and Regional Overall High Scores, Sportsmanship Awards, and Judges Choice Recognitions. Our dancers, seen as rising stars, have been awarded Scholarships, Dance Again Achievements, and Class Act Awards, among others, while even being named Performers of the Year.
Originally established in 1991, RAD Dance Company, under the mentorship of Owner and Artistic Director Nadine Hassen, will continue to guide, educate, expose, encourage and develop students who have a passion for dance while participating in a dance team setting like no other!
RAD Company Dancers have been Nationally ranked for an impressive 30 consecutive years, maintaining their esteemed position as Top Small Group National Champions for multiple years (2017-2018, 2021). A testament to their consistent commitment to excellence, the studio received recognition from the US Local Business Association as Best of Agoura Hills Dance Instruction for 16 consecutive years (2008-2023).

Furthermore, RAD Dance Company has received prestigious national recognitions as one of the Top 5 Studios in Los Angeles, and among the top 50 schools nationwide. RAD Dance Studio has also been awarded “Best Dance School in Agoura Hills” for 16 consecutive years. Its commendable program also earned the distinction of being acknowledged by former governor Gray Davis and California’s Senators for its significant contributions to the arts and human development.

Our dancers' talents have been showcased in a variety of high-profile platforms, from “So You Think You Can Dance” to collaborations with renowned dance companies like Les Ballet de Montreal and Pilobolus Dance Company in partnership with Bravo television. They have also been featured in national educational dance videos produced by MusicWorks Unlimited. Constant evolution is a key aspect of our program, as we continually stretch artistic, technical, and emotional boundaries to maintain our leading edge.
